Steve … a local lad has lived in Bexley Village for 25 years and believes in the Bexley Village and the qualities that it has to offer. Steve has brought up four wonderful children, and loves Family life, along with other interests including Foreign Travel, Fine Dining, Running, Cycling. And watching his beloved West Ham United (Someone’s got too!)
Jack has been in the industry for over 10 years, and is a tenacious professional. He started his career at Village Estates and has made his way from working one day a week as trainee negotiator through to managing the Bexley office. Jack has lived in the Bexley area from a young age, so his local knowledge is second to none. He is very involved in all sport including Cricket and Football. He is a devoted Chelsea supporter (for his sins) and enjoys regular visits to Stamford Bridge.
Having worked in the motor trade for more than 20 years, Sean joined Village Estates in 2013. When he isn’t at work he tries to squeeze too much into his days off. But if he can fit in a run, and take his kids to the park he is content.
Came into estate agency in 1986…..in Gloucestershire with a company called Bruton Knowles (their fine arts specialist Arthur Negus was a fixture on the Antiques Road Show). Trained in all departments; New Homes, Land Acquisition, Commercial & Residential Sales. Came to Bexley in 1990 and worked on site for McCarthy & Stone and joined Village Estates in 1998. Lives locally in Bexley Village and has Amateur Theatre as a main interest along with the input of two lively granddaughters!!
Belinda joined Village estates in the Millennium after a career in real Estate spanning New York to Hong Kong. She loves her ongoing involvement in the Bexley property market, but still finds time to globetrot visiting far flung children and friends. In her spare time you will find her relaxing in the French Vineyards.
After spending 25 years in the fashion trade and raising three children Gerry has found a second career as a negotiator for Village Estates, a challenge she really enjoys. Leisure interests include ‘treading the boards’ with a local Am-Dram society, eating out, and supporting Chelsea Football Club.
Ian started his Estate agency career in 1987 initially working as a negotiator. Ian began sales progress in later years and now has over 12 years’ experience in this department. Ian enjoys spending his days off listening to music and getting stuck into any DIY around the house. He is at his happiest on a Sunday afternoon watching Spurs with a Bacardi and coke.
I am married with 3 kids, I live a 10 minute walk away from work. For the past 15 years I have had a variety of jobs in schools but this job has given me the opportunity to move back into the grown up world. In my spare time (when I am not being cook, cleaner or taxi driver) I like to go to the theatre, swim, spend time with my family, socialise and catch up on my soaps.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience as an estate agent working locally for the majority of this period. He successfully worked his way through the ranks of a corporate agency before opening up the Sidcup office in 2001. Mark has a young family and a keen interest in golf, rugby and more importantly spending quality time with his family.
Brett has spent over 15 years in the industry building a mass of knowledge and expertise within the Bexley borough. Brett has worked for both corporate and independent agents, before joining Village Estates in 2009. Brett enjoys spending time with his family of three boys and his interests include playing football and watching his beloved Chelsea FC.
Born and schooled in the Sidcup area, Charlie has worked in the property industry for many years now. When he isn’t out valuing properties he likes to spend time with his family and good friends.
Serena is a highly motivated, friendly, enthusiastic and experienced sales negotiator who has worked at Village Estates since 2013. She embarked on a new career in estate agency after 22 years working as an analyst and consultant for the MoD. In her free time Serena loves a country hike with her partner Frank, followed by a slice of cake. Travelling, creating lovely dishes in the kitchen, dining out and doing sport to keep the pounds off are other favourite pastimes.
Liz joined Villages Estates 5 years ago as Sales Progress Manager & loves her job! She is a bubbly and a very professional member of our team. 3.00pm is her favourite time of day as a cup of tea and cake are involved. Proud mum of a 26 year old.
Sharon has been happily working at Village Estates for eight years. Prior to having two lovely children, she has worked in various sales and administration roles since leaving school (not that long ago – honest!). Apart from working and raising a family you would find her de-stressing at the local gym!
I have worked at Village Estates as a Secretary for a number of years and continue to enjoy all aspects of my job. Having recently moved back to Sidcup I appreciate what it has to offer. I have two grown up daughters, a mischievous cairn terrier, a smashing partner and enjoy life to the full.
Paul is married with one daughter a dog and a horse, and when not working enjoys spending time with his family taking long walks in the countryside; although not very good he also does a spot of clay pigeon shooting. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and set up Clarity Mortgages in 2007.

Stefan joined the team as a lettings negotiator in 2014 and has worked his way up through the ranks to become the branch manager. He is very ambitious, enthusiastic and has a thirst for knowledge. Stefan enjoys every aspect of his job and is guilty of being a perfectionist - ensuring everyone is treated with the upmost professionalism and receives the 5 star service. Outside of work he enjoys live music festivals, concerts, and jetting off on holiday. You will find him happiest when he is running or at the gym listening to music!
Anna has been at Village Estates since 2007, starting as a lettings negotiator & then onto office administrator. She enjoys her job & makes sure the job is done right! Anna has 2 lovely children which are her world. She enjoys the day trips & children’s activities as much as her children do. She enjoys spending time with her friends & family or catching up with the TV soaps & a cup of tea!
Stuart is a local man and is the newest member to the Village Lettings Team. He has been in the industry since 2014, which he has gained experience in the South London and Kent market. Outside of work, Stuart enjoys watching his football team, Tottenham Hotspur, competing in cycling sports, attending the gym and spending time with his Wife, whom he married in 2016.
Dee joined the lettings team in September 2016 and has 10+ years experience in the industry. A proud mum to two grown up children, she loves her holidays in the Caribbean with her husband Steve. Dee is happy when she is dancing at concerts and chilling out to Soul Music. She loves to start her day with a hazelnut latte, and to end her day playing with her dog Teddy.
