Steve entered Estate Agency in 1987 gaining a solid basis before founding Village Estates in 1993. Steve… a local lad, has lived in the area all his life, and believes in Bexley Village and all the qualities it has to offer. He has brought up four wonderful children and loves family life, along with other interests including Running, Hiking, Ornithology, Gardening, Fine dining, foreign travel, and supporting his beloved West Ham United.

Jack has been in the property industry for over 17 years, and is a tenacious professional. He started his career at Village Estates and has made his way from working one day a week as trainee negotiator through to being Branch Director of the Bexley office. Jack has lived in the Bexley area from a young age, so his local knowledge is second to none. On his days off he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children.

Having worked in the motor trade for more than 20 years, Sean joined Village Estates in 2013. When he isn’t at work he tries to squeeze too much into his days off. But if he can fit in a run, cycle or swim he is content.

Harry has been in the industry for over 8 years, having previously worked within the Southeast of London. He has lived in the Bexley area since the age of 6, attending both The Old Bexley C of E Primary School & Hurstmere Secondary School. On his days off he enjoys the company of his friends, family, and the odd game of golf.

Ian started his Estate agency career in 1987 initially working as a negotiator. Ian began sales progress in later years and now has over 15 years’ experience in this department. Ian enjoys spending his days off listening to music and getting stuck into any DIY around the house. He is at his happiest on a Sunday afternoon watching Spurs with a Bacardi and coke.

Over the past 15 years I have had a variety of jobs in schools but this job has given me the opportunity to move back into the grown up world. In my spare time (when I am not being cook, cleaner or taxi driver) I like to go to the theatre, swim, spend time with my family, socialise and catch up on my soaps.

With over 36 years in estate agency (25 with Village Estates) Mark is still extremely passionate about operating a dynamic team that work closely together who strive to deliver an exceptional service to all clients. Mark, a very keen golfer and snooker player also loves to watch rugby and spend quality time with his family. Foreign travel is also high on his agenda with Portugal his favourite.

Since starting with Village Estates in 2009 Brett has worked his way up to Branch Director, establishing himself as a capable and trusted agent while further increasing Village Estates reputation as the area leading Estate Agency. When he’s not in the office behind the front desk rallying the troops, he is at home with own little soliders Louis and Hudson.

Serena is a highly motivated, friendly, enthusiastic and experienced sales negotiator who has worked at Village Estates since 2013. She embarked on a new career in estate agency after 22 years working as an analyst and consultant for the MoD. In her free time Serena loves a country hike with her partner Frank, followed by a slice of cake. Travelling, creating lovely dishes in the kitchen, dining out and doing sport to keep the pounds off are other favourite pastimes.

Delroy, is a well-established and all rounded estate agent with over 25 Years’ experience. In 2005 he became a sales progress Manager. His specialist back ground is in client facing roles covering the property spectrum.

Sharon has been happily working at Village Estates for eight years. Prior to having two lovely children, she has worked in various sales and administration roles since leaving school (not that long ago – honest!). Apart from working and raising a family you would find her de-stressing at the local gym!

Paul is married with one daughter a dog and a horse, and when not working enjoys spending time with his family taking long walks in the countryside; although not very good he also does a spot of clay pigeon shooting. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and set up Clarity Mortgages in 2007.

Lisa has been at Village Estates since 2021 and has settled in a treat. She mostly looks after the property viewings but can also be found in the office dealing with the telephone enquiries and emails, as she enjoys diversity in her working day. Lisa is an outgoing member of staff and always happy to help and answer any questions as best she can, if she doesn’t know the answer, she will certainly find out for you. Her hobbies are foreign travel, the gym and looking around properties which certainly comes in handy for work.

Stefan Brill

Stefan joined the team as a trainee lettings negotiator in 2014 and has worked his way up through the ranks to become company director. He is very ambitious, enthusiastic and has a thirst for knowledge. Stefan enjoys every aspect of his job and is guilty of being a perfectionist - ensuring everyone is treated with the upmost professionalism and receives the 5 star service. Outside of work he enjoys live music festivals, concerts, and jetting off on holiday, but most importantly quality family time.

Anna has been at Village Estates since 2007, starting as a lettings negotiator & then onto office administrator. She enjoys her job & makes sure the job is done right! Anna has 2 lovely children which are her world. She enjoys the day trips & children’s activities as much as her children do. She enjoys spending time with her friends & family or catching up with the TV soaps & a cup of tea!

Dee joined the lettings team in September 2016 and has 18+ years experience in the industry. A proud mum to two grown up children, she loves her holidays in the Caribbean with her husband Steve. Dee is happy when she is dancing at concerts and chilling out to Soul Music. She loves to start her day with a hazelnut latte, and to end her day playing with her dog Bear.

Emily has been with us since 2022 and is now fully settled in her role as our Lettings Negotiator. She thrives to deliver the best customer service to both landlords and potential tenants, she has lived in the Bexley borough for over 25 years so has a vast knowledge of the area. In her down time, she enjoys listening to music and spending quality time with her 4 boys and partner.

She is passionate about providing a great service and is enjoying expanding her knowledge of the Property Management processes. Morgan joined the team in late 2023 with an intricate background within property management. At the young age of 23, she has gained 6 years experience within the estate agency sector, having completed her business apprenticeship when she was only 17. Morgan has managed properties all over London & Kent, with her main focus always being her client relationships. When she is not working, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter and beloved dog Maddie. She also enjoys sun soaked holidays, family days out & a good crime documentary.
