Meet The Team

Steve entered Estate Agency in 1987 gaining a solid basis before founding Village Estates in 1993. Steve… a local lad, has lived in the area all his life, and believes in Bexley Village and all the qualities it has to offer. He has brought up four wonderful children and loves family life, along with other interests including Running, Hiking, Ornithology, Gardening, Fine dining, foreign travel, and supporting his beloved West Ham United.

Jack has been in the property industry for 20 years, and is a tenacious professional. He started his career at Village Estates and has made his way from working one day a week as trainee negotiator through to being a Director of the Bexley office. Jack has lived in the Bexley area from a young age, so his local knowledge is second to none. On his days off he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children along with the occasional round of golf or padel match.

Harry has been in the industry for 12-years, having previously worked within the Southeast of London. He has lived in the Bexley area since the age of 8, attending both The Old Bexley C of E Primary School & Hurstmere Secondary School. On his days off he enjoys the company of his friends, family, and the odd game of golf.

Jamie has worked in estate agency for close to a decade starting out at a corporate company dealing with all aspects of the property market from listing properties, selling them and progressing the sale through to completion. Jamie found the progress side preferable and joined Village Estates in 2024 to specialise in the progress department. On days off Jamie plays a good standard of football for a local team Bexley FC (up the Bex) and enjoys the gym most evenings.

Tracey has worked for Village Estates since 2016 and is an outgoing member of staff who is always happy to help. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, likes eating out and going to the theatre.

Matt has been a mortgage advisor for over a decade. On his days off you will find him on the golf course or in the kitchen as he is a keen chef. He also enjoys socalising with friends, family and his young son.

With over 36 years in estate agency (25 with Village Estates) Mark is still extremely passionate about operating a dynamic team that work closely together who strive to deliver an exceptional service to all clients. Mark, a very keen golfer and snooker player also loves to watch rugby and spend quality time with his family. Foreign travel is also high on his agenda with Portugal his favourite.

Since starting with Village Estates in 2009 Brett has worked his way up to Branch Director, establishing himself as a capable and trusted agent while further increasing Village Estates reputation as the area leading Estate Agency. When he’s not in the office behind the front desk rallying the troops, he is at home with own little soldiers Louis and Hudson.

Delroy, is a well-established and all rounded estate agent with over 25 Years’ experience. In 2005 he became a sales progress Manager. His specialist back ground is in client facing roles covering the property spectrum.

With over ten years’ experience in the property market, Adam offers a wealth of knowledge in assisting with all aspects of the sales process, from initial marketing through to completion. Adam is able to offer his expertise to all buyers and sellers looking to move. Outside the office Adam enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing all kinds of sports and going to the gym. Whether you’re looking at buying or selling, Adam is here to guide you through the process and offer advice and help at every step of the journey.

Sharon has been happily working at Village Estates for eight years. Prior to having two lovely children, she has worked in various sales and administration roles since leaving school (not that long ago – honest!). Apart from working and raising a family you would find her de-stressing at the local gym!

Paul has been in the industry over 25 years and has amassed a wealth of experience in all forms of finance. Clarity Mortgages was formed back in 2007. He lives in a village on the Kent downs with his wife and daughter where they have 2 horses, 2 Shetlands, and Theo the cockapoo. Paul enjoys the quite life, including walking in the countryside and keeping busy by doings things around the home.

Lisa has been at Village Estates since 2021 and has settled in a treat. She mostly looks after the property viewings but can also be found in the office dealing with the telephone enquiries and emails, as she enjoys diversity in her working day. Lisa is an outgoing member of staff and always happy to help and answer any questions as best she can, if she doesn’t know the answer, she will certainly find out for you. Her hobbies are foreign travel, the gym and looking around properties which certainly comes in handy for work.

Ellie is our newest member to the team and is excited to kick off her career in estate agency with us, Ellie brings lots of local knowledge to our team through living and being educated at a school within the borough. Ellie loves meeting new clients and undertaking house viewings with them, helping them to find their dream home. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with her friends and family in the local area, London and going on the occasional holiday!

Megan has been a broker for 2 years, gaining her CeMap qualifications through self-study in 2022. She has proved herself a valuable mortgage adviser already receiving fantastic reviews from clients. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her horses and walking her dog Theo.

Stefan began his career in the property industry in 2014 as a trainee negotiator and has progressed through every stage of the business to become Director. This gives him a comprehensive understanding of the lettings process at every level. Today, Stefan oversees the strategic growth, compliance standards, and day-to-day operations of the lettings division. With extensive experience in the Sidcup and surrounding rental market, he advises landlords on asset protection, portfolio growth and long-term investment strategy. His approach is firmly compliance-led, ensuring that every property under management meets the highest regulatory standards particularly in light of the evolving Renters’ Rights framework. Stefan is passionate about delivering a premium management service built on transparency, structured processes and clear communication. He believes property management should provide landlords with confidence, protection and measurable value not unnecessary stress.

Emily has been with us since 2022 and is now fully settled in her role as our Lettings Negotiator. She thrives to deliver the best customer service to both landlords and potential tenants, she has lived in the Bexley borough for over 25 years so has a vast knowledge of the area. In her down time, she enjoys listening to music and spending quality time with her 4 boys and partner.

With18 years of hands-on experience in residential property management, Stacey has been helping landlords and tenants navigate the property world with confidence and ease. Known for her approachable and reliable nature, Stacey is passionate about delivering a personal touch to every property she manages. Over the years, Stacey has worked with a wide variety of residential portfolios, handling everything from lettings and tenant relations to maintenance and compliance.

Nathan is a highly motivated and driven professional with experience in the lettings industry, where he has built a reputation for his exceptional work ethic, unwavering passion, and meticulous attention to detail. He approaches every task with precision, ensuring that no detail is overlooked, and his dedication to delivering outstanding results consistently sets him apart in his field. Nathan’s commitment to excellence is matched by his ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration in every interaction. Outside of work, Nathan stays active with occasional gym sessions and a love for football, bringing the same enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to his career.

Debbie joins us as Lettings Office Administrator, bringing with her many years of experience in high-profile, fast-paced finance exchanges and technology businesses in London. Her background has given her strong organisational skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and a genuine understanding of people’s needs. With a keen interest in property and a natural willingness to help, Debbie is well placed to support applicants and landlords with care, efficiency, and a friendly approach.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her “fur children” two Miniature Dachshunds and a Toyger cat. She also enjoys walking, Pilates, gardening, true crime documentaries, and (embarrassingly) Married at First Sight Australia. Debbie has a strong interest in wellbeing and personal development and continues to expand her knowledge through massage courses and new techniques that she practices in her own treatment business.
