Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC):

 We have strong links with local surveying companies who can offer all types of surveys from basic valuations to full structural reports, as well as energy performance certificates. For more information please contact us.


 We offer free no obligation valuations which will be carried out by one of our experienced NAEA (national association of estates agent) qualified members of staff. Probate and Divorce valuations can also be offered but can be subject to certain terms and conditions (please discuss this with one of our valuers).

It is your decision whether you choose to use their recommended services but if you do so we may receive a referral fee. This will not add any additional costs to the fees quoted directly by the service provider.

In the case of solicitors they work efficiently alongside our sales progressor and for this service we may receive a fee of up to £200 per completed case.

In the case of financial services, we work with Clarity Mortgages who are completely independent.

If you use their services we will receive a fee which is typically around £200 and is dependent on the value of the mortgage or related products obtained.
